Grodal respects your privacy in everything we do. To provide an optimal and secure service, we sometimes require personal details. Protecting the safety and privacy of your personal details is not only in your best interest but also in Grodal’s interest. To this end we follow the rules and regulations required for using privacy-sensitive information.

You can visit our website without telling us who you are and without having to give personal details. Should you decide to disclose personal information in order to request a product, or to enable direct correspondence, we guarantee that this information will be kept confidential.
Security and quality of the information
Grodal is committed to protecting the quality, confidentiality, accuracy and completeness of personal information. We use advanced technical and management procedures to keep the information accurate, up-to-date and complete. Customer requests to adjust or remove personal information will be dealt with as quickly as possible. When you indicate that certain information may not be used as a basis for further contact, we will respect that. This way your privacy is guaranteed.
Privacy policy
Please note that we will gather and use your personal data because this is necessary to conclude and execute a possible agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services. If you are not a potential customer, customer or supplier, we process your name and address details in order to contact you.
In case you are a (potential) customer, we will use your details to send you a quotation, to determine to which specifications or wishes a certain product or service will need to comply, to deliver goods or to carry out activities, to send an invoice and to communicate efficiently regarding the executional aspects of the agreement.
If you are a potential supplier, supplier or any other successful tenderer, your personal data will also be required for concluding and executing an agreement. In case of procurement, we need to be able to inform you about the specifications or requirements for a specific product or service, to send you a call for tender or to place an order with you, to pay your invoices and to communicate swiftly and efficiently with you regarding any other aspect of the agreement.
You are not obliged to submit your personal data. However, without or with incomplete personal data we may not be able to execute the afore-mentioned activities.
In relation to the implementation of a possible agreement with you, we might have to give your personal data to third parties that supply us with parts, materials and products or are commissioned by us to carry out activities. Furthermore, we use an external server room for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration which may contain your personal data. Your personal data may therefore be made available to our provider of the server room. Added to this, we inform you that we use Microsoft Office and its storage facilities for emails and any other files.
